Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable).
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Sale or discounted items.
• Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.

To process your request, you must provide:

• Clear photos of the product.
• An unboxing video or video evidence showing the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

• Size changes
• Color changes
• Product exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Please contact us within the return period to request an exchange.

Return Shipping

For approved returns and exchanges, Meher Official will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days through one of the following methods:

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash

The refund method will be determined based on the details provided by the customer.
